Payment

Bach Jewellery receives payment via Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. Bach Jewelery uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that Bach Jewellery can not save/read your creditcard informations.

 

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

 

Order

Once you have made a booking on the website, you will receive a receipt by mail. When we process your order, you receive an order confirmation and you have now entered into the binding purchase agreement.

 

Bach Jewellery will at all time reserve their rights on pricing errors, typos, sales or expired items, suspected fraud and force majeure. If any of the circumstances mentioned apply, we reserve the right to cancel a trade in whole or partly. In the case of the above, we will of course contact you as soon as possible in order to solve the challenge.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Bach Jewellery offers free shipping throughout Denmark.

Once we have registered your order and you have received an order confirmation, we will ship the item within 1-2 days on weekdays. However, we will try to ship the item the same day - if we have received the order before noon. 12 a.m. on weekdays. In connection with holidays, additional delivery time may be required. Subject to sold out products. Should delays occur with Post Nord or GLS - Bach Jewellery can not be held liable.

Notice: Custom-made jewellery has a 4-6 weeks production/delivery time.

Exchange and return

All replacements and returns must be done in original packaging and with original invoice - within 14 days. Remember to write your order number on the return slip.

 

We only accept jewellery returns, which are purchased in our webshop.

 

Please note that we only exchange jewellery if it is a different size matter. An example, You can exchange a ring in size 50 to the same kind of ring in size 52. You can NOT switch to other styles. Please fill out the return slip and remember to specify exactly what size you want instead. If you would like a different piece of jewellery, please send the jewellery back and order a new piece of jewellery on the website.

 

Upon return, the money will be returned to the card used for the purchase.

 

Warranty

Bach Jewellery offers warranty in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication failure.

 

The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper use of the jewellery.

If the product is returned due to a legitimate claim, Bach Jewellery will refund the reasonable shipping costs you have to return the item to us. Please contact us if there are any errors, missing items or missing deliveries.

Keep in mind that the item is always shipped in original and proper packaging. Send your order confirmation, along with the jewellery back to us. Remember to get a valid receipt for the shipping. You are responsible for the package alone until Bach Jewellery recieve the package with the receipt.

 

Note: We do not accept packages sent by pay per. demand or etc.

Reimbursement

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details regarding the money transaction of the agreed amount.

 

Cancellation

A 14-day full return is given on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day you receive the item.

 

As a customer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to incorrect or default use in determing the nature, characteristics or manner of the goods. In other words - you can try/handle the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical retail store.

 

If you have taken the goods in use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product, we consider the product as used and reserve the right to, after a specific assessment in each case, reduce repayment, late repayment or refuse repayment and return the product. You should also note that the original packaging typically represents a value, and the original packaging must also be returned. Shipping costs associated with return are made at the customer's own expense.
